these are rooted cuttings and won't be ready for a couple of weeks. i am looking for other hardies such as kopper king, sweet caroline, plum crazy, fantasia or red dot. thanks. barb

well marie, i have decided that i am too trusting and not smart enough to have teenagers. but God doesn't make mistakes so i guess my education will continue. lol.
Yes, I have a teenager and found out he lied about something the other day. I wouldn't have know, except I was in school and was just chatting with this teacher and she told me about something he did. The worst part it, he didn't even need to lie about it. It was something very minor. I'm just so upset about it. I know this is just the beginning....
LOL!! I survived 3 teenagers and now have grandchildren that age!!! Don't trust them as far as you can throw them!!!! This is why you get gray hair!!!! Or in some cases, pull your hair out!!!
my daughter....my sweet daughter who is 14 tomorrow...looked at me full in the face with her big browns telling me how she would never do this particular thing and all the while she had already done it. i told her to go on and call child protective because her butt was mine.
They learn at an early age now!!! I will give them that!!! My two 11 yr. old drama queen granddaughters are already starting!!!!

moby, i am so happy to know that someone has this plant. my cuttings are already rooted so if i send you a couple of them could you send me unrooted cuttings of kopper king, and any of the others that you can spare:? i like the pink and white ones and the white with red. i can also send cuttings of my flare red. and next year turn of the century but it is just barely holding on this year. and on the kopper king would you send me at least 3 cuttings?
now forgive me please but have you ever sent cuttings thru the mail?

Unrooted? Heck yeah! I'd much rather have you do it since I'm new to it. As for the cuttings, I'm guessing a wet paper towel on the cut end and a plastic baggie? Just let me know any specifics ~
Barb what was her reaction to that comment? I love it!! I have had mine threaten to call the police and I always hand them the phone and remind them to tell why they are getting theri bottoms tanned.
marie, my daughter acted completely repentant.....until a few days passed. honestly she has the genes from someone in my family. it was so wild when i received some baby photos and saw the resemblance. if she lives up to that reputation i am in for some real bumpy years. hahaha
OK wait mine is 33 and if you want to see what he did to me read my prayer thread. He lied to a notary and Judge under oathe and I was taken under warrant to a mental hosp. He said I was suicidal and homicidal. I told him tonight it will never be the same and he could not have hurt me more. I felt like I was just an innocent person (which I was and am) crucified to one of the crosses beside Jesus. Not just thrown in prison innocent but actually crucified. (and I am not comparing myself to Jesus) Just to how horrible it would have been to be crucified on a cross like a thief and be totally innocent. I will never be the same and I told him our relationship will never. This was just July 2nd this year. Oh what a level he sunk to he said to help me but admitted because I told him he was be vicious, that he was mad at me from something from yrs ago. And his recent anger at me took it to a new level (to me a all new low one) I could not have been hurt more if he would have beat me.

Thank you both. It was horrible thing to have to go through but I have gained wisdom and told him last night he can't hurt me like that again as we will not be the same. I will be civil and smile and mean it for my 2 DGD's but beyond that It won't be the same. And by law he does not have to let me see them and nothing I can do but he can not change what I have with them and one day they will find me. And all I have invested in love will return and all the love I keep for them they will receive.
I told him he is an adult and I will treat him like another adult. I will not hurt my DGD's for anything. And I don't have to tell them as they will know him (they so now know how mean he can be) Thanks a lot. Have a great weekend.
