Y'all aren't going to believe this but...........

My white leghorn roo was doing the nasty with one of my pied guinnea. Is this possible? Well since I saw it, it must be, but what will become of it? What do I do? I now the roo has always thought he was a guinnea, but now I think i is getting out of hand.
Any thoughts on this would be very appreciated, and thanks in advance.

I have found that roosters will do it to any type of bird i had a turkey try and get with a hen once.
I knew a man who had ducks and chickens together and the roo would get with the ducks i was repulsed by it because the ducks would scream as the roo dug his nails in thier back and pulled the feathers out of the back of thier heads. I consider this a type of animal sexual abuse because i have found roosters can be abusesive to hens by constantly mounting them. My suggestion would be to remove the roo if possible to prevent this from happening because once he does it he will do it again and again think how the guinnea feels. I don't want to see results from that :(

Kathy I agree 100% with Harmony. I moved a roo out of the chicken yard for trying to do this with my ducks. So now he's doing it to a goat (that's where he got moved to) but she doesn't even notice him so no trouble for her.

Can't stand to see one animal hurting another.

Good to know somebody feels the same i hate going to others houses and seeing animals severly picked or as i saw at one house bantams with big chickens i witnessed a full grown roo mate with a bantam hen i thought her eyes were going to pop out and i could hear that sqill they make when thier being crushed. I kept my mouth shut for we shall not judge or crtizize others but my mind was just screeeeeeeeeeeeeeming. All the lady said was how much she loved her chickies oooooooooooohh
