This may not be quite the right forum for this question, but I couldn't find what that addressed this issue. I have looked at getting some seeds from Exotic Seeds, and it said they should be germinated in a nutrient gel/agar of some sort. Can anybody tell me what this is, where I can get some, or how I can make my own?

You don't need to use gel/agar in most cases. What are you trying to germinate?
