Just sharing info here. We are unable to have our goats processed at the local slaughterhouse here "because of Mad Cow Disease." Because the bones and offal are ground up and put into feed, goats and sheep cannot be processed at that location. Federal Regulation. I am too utterly flummoxed to comment further.
