Phyllis that is funny!! I have dwarf daylilies and didn't even know!! Thanks for the links! Especially the american daylily one!! Great site! I take it you have purchased from there? When they say size do they mean number of fans?

Jasper, AR(Zone 7a)

Be sure to check out the upcoming PNW iris co-op. I got great dwf iris from them last year.

Upstate, NY(Zone 5a)

what does PNW stand for?

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Pacific North West I think....

Upstate, NY(Zone 5a)

Phyllis - It is nice to talk to you again. My stella's are doing GREAT! Took off like crazy! I could send you a pic if your interested....

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Hummingbird if you want some Stella's for trade or postage D-mail me...
I've already cut them back so their just the roots but in your zone they should grow back quickly...
And maybe even bloom...

(Marymac) Statesvi, NC(Zone 7a)

PHYLLIS..SENDING YOU D-MAIL...

PHYLLIS AND DPOITRAS...humingbird1212 is NOT going to get mad for using thread...not my nature...by all means go ahead...we are a community here.. with the same likes....so we sort of good neighbors.......

Awe, thanks hummingbird1212! I was feeling kind of guilty!

Cherryvale, KS

I have a few that will still have to be transplanted soon. CHUBBY CHEEKS, BLITZ, What Again, and a dark one planted in that same area. I could probably get Leprechaun's Delight, Kiwi Slices, and maybe some others.

(Marymac) Statesvi, NC(Zone 7a)

NickysIris...

I am interested in any kinds....Thank you

Cherryvale, KS

I will be glad to trade, but I think it is too late for this year. I have a daylilly that was sold to me as Baby or Dwarf Stella. Is that right??

(Phyllis) Osceola, PA(Zone 5b)

Yep that's right...They say it's a softer prettier yellow than the original stella...I haven't seen it yet...

Nilwood, IL(Zone 5b)

Phyllis, My stella must have a seedling about 10 ft away this and the blooms on it were tiny. I don't think I planted it. It was a surprise. Here it is. The leaves are also tiny. BEV

I don't think so because it has been there for about 3 years and I did not plant it. Huh! First time it bloomed. Thats funny BEV

Hmmm looks like you got a hitchhiker too...
Mine were black eyed stella's....

Upstate, NY(Zone 5a)

Speaking of hitch hikers, last fall I planted a yellow mum. In the spring I got red, white, and blue windflowers!! I was thrilled! 4 for the price of 1. Hope they come back in the spring.
