I have these bugs on my milkweed. I did have some tiny monarch cats but don't see them now. Do you think these bugs ate them? I don't want to kill them but if they are eating my cats they must go.

They are Large Milkweed Bugs, I believe. They only eat the plant and the seed pods, as far as I know. I sometimes squish them, especially when I want to collect the seeds.
Thanks Linda, I'll leave them alone then. I have seeds already. I just didn't want them eating the cats.
