Breakfast lasagna, please?

My twins are going to be 30 and my DDILs are planning a surprise brunch for them One DDIL would like to make a breakfast lasagna actually using lasagna noodles, if there is such a thing. I thought - where better to check than with fellow DGers. If you don't have one, maybe you could steer me to a source. Any help would be greatly appreciated. We have until late Sept.
