Getting some jump people around here

Panic types are getting wound up. My neighbor works for net jets and is planning on flying out of here tomorrow sometime. Only problem is they fly him to a command location(?) and the family gets to fend for it's self. He looked a little tweaked up tonight, never been anywhere near a hurricane. He's from Ohio and has only been here 3 years I think maybe two.

Going to get a little tense tomorrow I believe.

wow... deserting his family? i'll keep what im thinking about that to myself.... because its rude. my dad had me move the patio furniture inside today. i staked and took leaves off of the weak, spindly plants. i dont think thats panicing though... just planning ahead. i also planted short low-lying plants so they could get watered. again planning ahead. tomorrow i will put my plumerias and other potted plants inside my GH or room or garage. if the storm gets bad enough, i'll go to the Island and move in the patio furniture and move expensive furniture upstairs since they are only .57 mi away from the beach as the crow flies

i was at walmart today and man bought 8 5 gallon gas containers and walmart jacked them up to 10 when last week was 5 and i am in middle of state

He has no choice. Net jets flys reguardless of what's going on and they have to reroute many flights etc durning a hurricane. Lots of jobs out there that you have to do whatever. Go down to Sav you'll see all the ships heading out to sea one after another if Hanna gets close because the big boats do better out in deep water than they do in port. Same with Navy boats. They send them out to sea. Marines get sent to the islands so looting doesn't happen. Their families head off while they stay here.

I still wouldn't worry at this point.

BTW Net jets flys private jets for wealthy people and companies, it's a well paying job. My neighbor is in the organizing side of the operations. In others words it's up to him to make sure a plane at point A gets to point B as fast as possible to pick the client.

oh, so he isn't choosing to leave them... i thought he was scared and was choosing to take a flight just to get away and leave the family behind... thats makes more sense to me. i take back what i was thinking
