I have this group of wasps...I think...living above my kitchen window. There is no nest and they just congregate there. Sometimes they fall off and when they do they just fly right back up there and sit. They seem pretty harmless. Any idea what they are?
They Look like paper wasp as best as I can tell. If there are cracks around your window they will get in bewteen the siding and nest. It looks as though you have had a hatching.

Get a picture with better focus and I'm sure someone there can tell you exactly what sort of wasp it is.
