....please check out what DH brought home yesterday from the garden center that is about an hour away. The sprayer is motorized, on wheels, and can reach all but the plants on my highest shelf. Yippppeee!! I LOVE when DH plays along with my addiction!

Karen....I have a 4 gallon one and I use it ALL the time. Main purpose in the gh is to spray fugicide because I changed the tip and got a high class one with a fine mist. I also use it to spray Herbicide in the orchard...they are REALLY good sprayers!!!!

How cool is that! I've never seen a sprayer like that before, I've gotta start looking at stuff other than plants when I go to the garden centers!

Most of my plants are outdoors and get watered with the garden hose but that sure would come in handy for the ones inside! How much does it hold, looks to be @ 2gal's? That is really great. I'm writing down the name right now and next time I'm out and about I'm going to look for one!

Thanks for sharing!

Lin - It does hold 2 gal. It was on sale, too, so maybe you can find a deal!

Northern Tool sells the one I have...

Karen, did he get it at one of the big box stores? I haven't been to Home Depot or Lowes to look yet. Once this current Tropical Storm (Hanna) is out of here I plan on getting out and looking for one of those! It really would come in handy! Two gallons is perfect ... that's what my plastic watering can holds and I have trouble lifting it sometimes with the arthritis in my hands, so having the hose and sprayer would really be nice!

Lin - he bought it at a large garden center about an hour from our home. But I wouldn't be surprised if Lowe's or Menards or Home Depot had the very same thing. Good luck on your quest - I really like it! Hope you do too!

We're just now getting the leftover rain from Gustav - had two VERY rainy days - just dumped rain on us. How's it going with Hanna?

We're just now getting Tropical Storm "Hanna" winds and rain. She is way off the coast of Florida so we will not get much ... winds @ 35 mph and rain squalls. They showed on the news this morning video of the beach and folks swimming! People are being warned of the rip currents and to stay out of the water but some do not heed the warnings. There are always surfers out and a few folks who just don't listen or care. It can be very dangerous. Waves are at 18' in some areas ... looks like we are going to have a lot of beach erosion from this storm. Everyone down here in Florida is now watching Hurricane Ike which last night was a category 4 hurricane ... tracking towards the southern part of the state and expected to make landfall as a cat' 3 storm ... very bad! My sister and family live in Fort Lauderdale. I haven't talked to them but I know they have their hurricane shutters at the ready and hopefully supplies stocked!
