Dog with a heart murmur-dietary help

I wrote last week that my dog Woody was thought to have renal issues. Well, that does not seem to be the case. He has a double heart murmur that is described as significant. He is taking Enacard for his heart, and now, once again, I am looking to change his diet.

Are there folks out there who have had a dog with a heart murmur and if so, did you make a dietary change?
