CLOSED: Gold Finch????

I thought this was Gold Finch...but the beak doesn't look right. Could just be the bad pic...I saw movement in the trees a little bit into the woods so was just shooting.

Did get a couple of real bad Rose Breasted Grosbeaks though!

Probably Blue-headed Vireo, but pic not good enough to be 100% sure.
