Okay, if you understand the subject line, then you know what I'm talkin' 'bout. Anyone here have a recipe for making this at home??? And, if so ... does the smell ever go away if you do make it inside your house?

I'm looking for a recipe that rivals the incredible chiou doufu stands in Taichung, Taiwan...
