Some long time ago someone posted a recipe for a coating mix for cake pans... something you make in a jar and keep handy, replacing the steps of buttering and flouring a cake pan... It had flour and oil don't remember what else if anything, and you painted it on a pan with a pastry brush. I don't remember who posted it, or what it is called... Help??
