Asian lady from Laos,came me some rice from her country when she visited over the Xmas Months,well I planted in a 20 gallon pot,Memorial weekend,and now I think I have rice showing!

Can anyone tell me when it will be time to harvest my crops,do I wait until the rice begins to fall off?
Sorry I don't know but that would be my guess also. To late now I imagine. Is that what you did? How did it turn out? That seems like it was a fun thing to grow.
Well got a little but the birds had a field day,or might say a free picnic!!!LOL
The seeds I did get,I put in a tray inside the grenhouse.left the door open while I was at work,here again,birds made there self at home,and cleaned there plate before they left!!!!
Too bad you lost your seeds. At least the birds had fun.
I have a grove of bamboo next to the greenhouse,and the birds watch every move I make!
They nest in there in the 100's,maybe it's my 7 parrots I have,I take out in the greenhouse for play time,and there just to like to watch them!!!LOL
That's funny! What kind of birds are they? That's a lot of parrots. I have a lot of pets but no pet birds. I bet they are a lot of fun.

Yep the parrots are fun,lot smarter than you'd think,about all of them talk,and bite if they get mad or jealous!!!LOL
They love to entertain you too!
