San Antonio fruit tree question

There's a person in the Beginner Gardening Questions forum asking about fruit trees in SA. Would one/some of you pop over there and help him? I'm mostly clueless. :-)

I just went to the site. Wow all that on 1/2 acre? Assorted needs to consider the mature size of his/her fruit and nut trees before adding any more. Most of what he/she has listed get very large at maturity and can't generally be kept small so shade will become a problem as the plants grow and cast shade on their neighbors. Fruit trees and shrubs need full sun to produce.I did leave some information and some links.
