A couple of years ago somebody posted on one of the forums here ( might have been the Canadian Forum) a lemon Zuchini loaf recipe which uses Lemon instant pudding, lemon extract, lemon juice and lemon rind! Ive been making it since then but just today took a close look and see I have 1 tablespoon baking powder listed. I am pretty sure I have been making it with 1 teaspoon BP but if anybody has this recipe and could correct me if I am wrong I would appreciate,
