Darn! When you said you wanted to share, I thought you were giving them away :-) Seriously, very pretty bloom- wish I had room for more lilies in my pond, but it's pretty full as is!

Kactus: What is the name of that lilly? V. V. Beautiful-a very nice true red color. Is it tropical or hardy?

I'm sorry I don't know anything about them and I can't for the life of me remember the name.

That is a tropical lily. You can tell by the leaves. A tropical will have scalloped leaves and they will be fairly thin. The leaf margins on a hardy lily will be smooth and the leaves will be thicker. That may be a variety called red flare. I don't know a whole lot about the different varieties, just know when I see one that I like.

The color of your Lily is beautiful and very unusual. I have never seen that color before.Mostly I get pinks and an off color yellow. Thanks for sharing☺

Kathi-if you divide this lily I would love, LOVE a piece of it for my pond. Please try to remember that when your cleaning and dividing next. It is really beautiful!

My DH had a heart attack because I paid $40.00 for a one gallon pot two years ago. The first two years the blooms were quite small and I was really disappointed but this year it took off.
