1 cup cooked or canned whole black beans
1 very ripe cantaloupe, diced
½ red bell pepper, diced
½ green bell pepper, diced
¾ cup canned pineapple juice
½ red onion, thinly sliced
½ cup fresh lime juice
½ cup chopped cilantro
1 tablespoon ground cumin
Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
