Hello again - after a 2 year hiatus

Albany (again), NY(Zone 5b)

Hello long lost friends - it seems like a lifetime. Not sure if anyone will remember me, but I thought I'd stop by and pay the courtesy of saying hello.

I was an avid member from 2000 - 2004 (including co-ops for JP MG's, daylilies, etc.), then participated lightly from 2004 - 2006 while I lived in Ireland. Upon my return in 2006, life took a series of turns and my subscription lapsed. Along came the most wonderful man in my life - and now my little treasure, Lindsey, 4 months old.

My main focuses right now are lilies - daylies, orientals, orienpets, etc. - I still have a few Japanese MG's tucked away from a visit out there last year that I hope to plant next year - and I do want to renew my love of brugs. I started about 15 of them in Dublin - brought them home, but amidst the chaos of 2006, I lost them all. I hope to start some seeds this year and maybe a few cuttings, if all goes well. Sadly, I may have to go begging with hat in hand.

My other big interest is organics, CSA's, supporting local agriculture (want to buy a freezer and get my first half side of grass fed).

I'm in Albany, NY and look forward to renewing acquaintances from years past as well as new friends.

All the best!
Sandra
