Happy birthday Nance! Have a wonderful day with lots of garden blooms! Eleanor
Happy Birthday Nanegoat66!
Thanks everyone! What a nice way to start my day.
Joann - Your water feature came out great.
Deb - OMG!! Where is this? I feel like I'm standing at the top of a mountain. My belly even got butterflies.
Thanks for the b-day wishes!
Yes - great shot, Deb! Yosemite?
Thanks all, yes that was Yosemite. It was beautiful.
Happy birthday to a friend I haven't yet met face-to-face, but will certainly meet someday!
Happy birthday to Maddison too!

Good thing I'm typing, cuz I have a lump in my throat and can't talk. Thank you all so very much!
My best friend(since we were 10) and I had a falling out last year. We have kept in touch, but it's been strained. I spent months crying about it, and some more being angry. Then we just kind of slipped away from each other. I haven't seen her in eight months(since her birthday when I went to her house). I couldn't even tell you what the stupid thing was that did this. Anyway, she called this morning and she and her DH and two youngest children came to visit. They were here for 5 hours and we did lots of catching up. Bill and her DH had a great time and the kids left with bellies full of hotdogs, chips, fruit and ice cream. It was wonderful.
I am so happy to have met all of you. I told my bf all about you and told her she needs to come join us.
Thanks for helping to make this birthday so special!
So now BF is best friend??! Hard to keep up with these abbreviations. I thought it was boyfriend. What happens if your best friend is your boyfriend and happens to be a bullfrog??
Glad to hear about the reconciliation, Nance. Having lived through a few family disputes that lasted years, it really stinks. I did not see some uncles and aunts who passed away during these times.
I would call him Tank Top. Glad he's not a bullfrog.
I do.I ask him if he's showed off his new white tank top lately. I tell him it's a babe magnet! hee hee he!
AB-101.
of course
I was sent here to learn a few things when DD was in college.

Wow! They remember all that but can't answer the simplest American History question!
Thanks Harper! My favorite.
I'm gonna be checking that site out quite often, Celeste. How do they come up with some of this stuff?
How true, Victor.
Nance - I'm so happy that you and BF reconciled today and spent some good BF time together on your birthday. Important stuff......as Victor's post demonstrates. My Dad and his brother didn't speak to each other for years (I'm not sure what precipitated it) and then my uncled died suddenly before any reconciliation. That is the only time I ever saw my Dad cry. It taught me a lesson for life.
