MOLLYBEE Villa Rica, GA(Zone 7a) Sep 02, 2001

I have never even seen this, but a friend of mine says that alot of her stuff goes to "Book Mark" and she doesn't know how to open it...therefore she can't get to all the stuff that goes in it. can anyone help her? Can you give step by step directions on the how to's? I have never even seen the word book mark before, what is it and what does it mean?
Any help will be greatly appreciated.
