2-3 lb Pork Tenderloin

Greensboro, NC(Zone 7a)

I bought this the other day, it's the Hormel one in the plastic vacuum pack tube thing. The only way that I had ever cooked one before was to season it with s&p and some herbs, brown it on the stovetop and then finish in the oven.

What else do people do with this? It's not a pork loin roast, just the tenderloin part. Any suggestions welcome:)
