keratosis pilaris is the full name but kp is what I will call it. My daughter has it and I use to have it. Years ago dermatologist rx'd vitamin A in capsules. It cleared up; Vit A deficiency. It is hereditary I have read. Anyone ever try Dermadoctor KP cream for this? I told her to get on Vit A but wondering about the benefits of this cream.
