Need help with Firefox.

I've always used Internet Explorer but it was giving me problems earlier this year, so I downloaded Firefox & have been using it for my browser instead of IE, but it seems to be getting slow. When that happened with IE, I would go to Tools/Internet Options & would delete the Temporary (browsing files) Files but I can't find that on Firefox. Does anyone know how to do this on Firefox? I'm probably overlooking it because they probably call it something else & this 67 year old brain just doesn't function like it used to.
