Can I just follow the standard recipe for this delicious treat and substitue sugar free Jello and Splenda? Do I need to process or can I just seal it? If I need to process, how long should I do it? Do I need to add lemon juice to acidify the figs?
I love this stuff, but the figs are already so sweet and I don't need all that sugar.
