I was wondering if any of you know if there is a bright yellow brugmansia that keeps that color and does not turn gold or orange as it ages. All the yellows I see in photos that supposedly do not change color are quite pale. The brighter ones I've seen all seem to become gold or orange. Any cultivar names or ideas?

Bright Yellow Brugmansia
Since you know what shade of yellow you are looking for, you might take time to look through the PlantFiles and look at the photos or through the Brugmansia Registry. On the Registry scroll down the flower color. Then if the name of the cultivar listed on the far left hand side is underlined, it means that a photo is available. Click on the name to see it. Keep in mind that not all the Brugs listed are available here in the states. If you have any questions about a particular cultivar, someone on the forum may have the answer.

You should try whiskers, that one stays yellow.

I am not allowed to give the link, but you can google it.

I couldn't find a photo of Cherchez la Femme anywhere other than on the vendor's website listed in the PlantFiles

Clicking on "One vendor has this plant for sale, takes you to PlantScout. If you click on Purchase this from..., it takes you directly to the page with the photo
