CLOSED: birds of prey

I have a few shots of birds of prey, that I need positive ID on.
1. Is this a Merlin

2. American Kestrel?

3. Osprey?

#1 Broad-winged Hawk
#2 American Lestrel
#3 Red-tailed Hawk

Thanks Resin, I was way off for 2 of them. I've seen a lot of hawks going down to PEI, last week. I must have seen at least 8 along the highway, never saw that many before by the road. Most of them were perch on the wildlife fence. And the Kestrel and the broad Wings was seen on a country road near home.
Oops #2, you must of meant Kestrel ;)
Thanks again. Can you tell me about this duck, I can't find it anywhere in my book. It might be there but has no resemblance to what I have on pic. I went on line to look for it, but didn't see it yet.

The ducks look like Goldeneye juveniles.
