had a big fire, good friends, frosty drinks, presents....couldn't ask for much more. It's taken awhile to recover from the lack of sleep and b vitamins at my age but I appreciate the sentiments ;)

I think there are a lot of b vitamins in pina colada's--aren't there? I thought they were built into capt morgan.

maybe we need to all get together and do some "field research" and get to the bottom of which one really is the most loaded with B vitamins

hmmmm...don't sound like very good mixers, probably why drinks like red bull (not so tasty to mix with the dark stuff)became so popular. of course the caffiene will make you eventually crash...hmmm...brainstorm...vitamin water icecubes? is all vitamin water flavored?

yes--all vitamin water is flavored, and several of them make decent mixers too.

Core, when I actually think about it, I take a B complex before I go out...seems to help but I guess nothing is better than moderation/hydration.....lol...ahem, yeah

I don't trust unnatural sweetners. Never use them or eat or drink anything that has them. Also I use real butter when cooking etc. Those spreads in a plastic contianer make me nervous.

at my house we call those things "chemical butter", "chemical sugar" etc

well i use both the chemical butter and chemical sugar so when i keel over ya'll can stand over my body saying ' darn we told that yankee not to eat that unnatural stuff - but you know...you can't tell a yankee anything" LOL and don't get me started on popcorn at the theatre...lord i feel a movie coming on just so i can go get sick on movie popcorn

Well aren't I the luckiest girl ever! I just happen to have Tropicanna sitting right here next to me as I write this! She only looks 80....she looks GREAT!!! Now if she would only stop laughing in my ear!!! What is in that coffee she is drinking! Could it be Capt Morgan, or that chemical butter?? She was just now taking notes on how to make it.
