Terrific photo! I'd suggest, though, that your allium is not A. beesianum, but is more likely A. cyaneum; the stamens are not exerted on A. beesianum, but are strongly exerted (as on your plant) on A. cyaneum. Apparently, these blue alliums are frequently confused.

So typical that the plant vendor mislabeled! I can't remember which grower it came from. At least it was labeled; while I'm frequently found buying succulents from box stores, they're never labeled. Very frustrating.

I'll ask that the pic get changed to A. cyaneum.
