Another SE asian recipe...you can cut some of the sugar if you'd like.
2 packages (454 grams) of grated cassava
2 packages (250 grams) of coconut cream/coconut milk
1 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup milk
3 eggs beaten
For topping: 1/4 a can of condensed milk..you only need a bit (you add this when the cake is almost cooked)
Mix all ingredients together until combined well.
Grease pan/foil pan with margarine and preheat oven at 350.
Pour mixture into the pan and bake for 25-30 minutes until surface of the cake is golden.
Now pour a bit of the condensed milk on top of the cake and put it back in the oven..you'll want the condensed milk to thicken and turn golden brown.
You can eat it hot or cold. =D
