Burpee's carries the seeds. Here's an article on growing them; they're tender annuals and there might not be enough season left for the regular garden but you might try a large container and moving it to a protected area when frost threatens.

Getting matured fruits by Halloweeen may be a little chancy this late, but many supermarkets carry a small supply at that time of year.
