Brugmansia Show

St. Paul, MN(Zone 4b)

Hello All.

I am pleased to report that the Brugmansia show is well underway here in Minnesota! This is, I believe, a versicolor of some sort. I ususally get at least three great flushes from her before winter.

Thank you all for the kind comments. Know that they are sincerely appreciated.

Clemen, I do not have a greenhouse (unfortunately!). In fact, I don't even have much of a yard, as I live in a condominium. All of my Brugs go in the basement for the winter where they get very, very little light. I just give them each a cup of water or so each week so they don't die (they don't truly go dormant). I didn't lose a single one last year. Once spring arrives, they all go outdoors and I start fertilizing them. While I get a few flushes in June and July, the big show is definitely in August, September and October.
