As I sit here thinking about the strong winds and rain tomorrow forthcoming, what should I be doing in preparation for my brugs? I have about 20 in the ground now blooming. I know the blooms and leaves will be destroyed, but how do I save the limbs? We are in the path of the storm.
Future wind damage
I think I would try to prop up some sort of tarp around them, or maybe put stakes in the ground to help support them? If you have them planted in the ground, it will be too much work to move them. Good luck with them.
How long have you had your brugs in the ground?

Thanks taters,Just had an answer on another thread re: using metal stakes. Had most of them in the ground not over 2 yrs and planted 4 that I just bought from the brug coop here. I'm off to stake now.
