These RoS cuttings are only 3 months old and are already blooming in this bucket. Do you think if I plant them in the fall they could survive the winter in Zone 6b. We have been having mild winters the last few years.

They're hardy to zone 5a so I think you'll be OK. I would try to plant them early in the fall though rather than waiting until the last minute so that their roots have a chance to get going before cold weather comes. And if you've got some super cold weather coming, you might want to consider protecting them for a few nights--newly planted things are often a little more susceptible to cold than something that's been around for a while. Or if you do decide to leave them in the pot for the winter keep in mind that being in a container typically knocks about a zone off their hardiness, so you'll want to find somewhere a little bit sheltered to keep them.
