last summer i hatched about 16 guinea eggs, out of those, 10 hatched with bald spots on their heads and the others were normal! The blading guineas grew up just fine, and the ones I hatched this year didnt have that problem so...
has anyone else hatched guineas with bald spots on the head?

Wierd is my take too. I've seen several hundred guinea keets ... if we're counting those at the poultry stores for sale. I've never seen or even heard of balding or bald headed keets. Like you said ... wierd.
