Grrr disapointment

I know if something sounds like a deal it probably is not.
I ordered 5 hibiscus says multicolors, red white, pink. Money 3.98 and for 1cent more another one.

I got 6 of the same color. All white.
Thank goodness I have some red ones and a pink one.If not my yard whould look so plain.

What co. did you order from? Did you place a review in the Garden Watchdog on DG?

Did their ad specify you could chose colors or they would be choosen at random? Possibly you could contact cust. serv. and get an explanation.

GOOD price though, you are right. You can always resell if you have to many white ones, people on craigslist.org would pay $3.98 just for one and then you'd come out ahead.

A lot of times too when people are selling mixed colors like that it's because they didn't control the pollination, etc so they have no idea what color the babies will end up so they label them as mixed/multicolor. Chances are the plants might not have even bloomed for them before they shipped them so they might not have had a way to know which color was which. But if they specifically said that you'd get some of each then I'd try first talking to them to see if they'll send what you were supposed to have, and if they don't then I'd leave them a negative review.
