Reinhart, author of "The Bread Baker's Apprentice: Mastering the Art of Extraordinary Bread" and "American Pie: My Search for the Perfect Pizza"
discusses organic foods, his history in the baking business and his latest book "Whole Grain Breads".
I've used "The Bread Bakers Apprentice" ofen although there are easier breads to make. Anyone else like it? Is "American Pie" worth a look?
Haven't read Reinhart's lastest book but I've yet to find a whole wheat recipe as good as a basic white bread. Mine are always too dense. Anyone feel this way too?
