Captions: Birds in our yard

I have had SO much fun with the program Rose posted, adding balloon captions to some of my bird pictures.

Here is a Carolina wren family on our patio.

That's a pretty big bug for such a little bird!

We had a Roadrunner who roosted at our patio last winter. Talk about exciting! We put a mirror just outside our living room window, and we had a blast watching 'Fluffy' as he fluffed up whenever he saw his image. We fed him mealworms and raw hamburger. Just before he went to roost, he would hop up on the windowsill to remind us he needed his bedtime snack!

Our dogs got used to Fluffy, and he would cautiously come in to share a snack.

LOL.. Very funny. Especially loved the "wil ya cut it up for me one" : )
