ID help, please

The only thought I had was fledgling White-breasted Nuthatch, but I've never seen nuthatches so close to the ground, or in the brush.

After looking at this link I think you are right. It does look like a Whitebreasted nuthatch fledgling.

Definitely not a nuthatch (tail too long and not black-white patterned); best fit I can find is Warbling Vireo.

Thanks! I thought it was a bit streamlined for a nuthatch, and I did notice the almost blue legs.
