ID help, please

The only thought I had was fledgling White-breasted Nuthatch, but I've never seen nuthatches so close to the ground, or in the brush.

Another image. Sorry these aren't better, but it was in shadows and bird wouldn't be still. It wasn't helpful that I was directly above it either.

After looking at this link I think you are right. It does look like a Whitebreasted nuthatch fledgling.

Definitely not a nuthatch (tail too long and not black-white patterned); best fit I can find is Warbling Vireo.

Thanks! I thought it was a bit streamlined for a nuthatch, and I did notice the almost blue legs.
