It's wonderful isn't it? The nurseries have a wonderful range of dark foliaged dahlias at the moment, very much in the style of Bishop of Llandaff. In fact there seems to be a whole Bishop range now.

I have Bishop's Children and don't care for the boring red bloom. I saw a gold bloom with that dark foliage that must have been the Bishop of York you posted, looked so much better, nicer color combo.
