Hello all. I am new to the forum, been viewing all the bird pictures, but just registered. Want to say hey.

Is there a forum here where I can post pictures to get identification of birds? And how do I post pictures to the forum?

To upload pics, click on the 'Browse' button next to where it says 'Image' below the message box, then locate the pic on your computer, and load it. Very easy!

Welcome, Methodical. The bird watching forum is a great place. I'm very much an southern hemisphere alien and yet I have been welcomed with open wings. You'll love it.

I already love this site. I am a nature boy but have been missing all of the different species of birds around the neighborhood and in my backyard. I've taken tons of pictures since the spring. It's a joy for me and my 7 year old daughter. She's identifying birds almost as good as I am using our bird id book. She even break out the binoculars on ocassion to see the birds at the back yard feeders. She get so excited and loves to tell our guest about the birds.
