Carver, I also have Oak leaf and Willow leaf, which have similar leaf patterns. Have grown Ringley's Porto Rico which has similar leaves.

Here are mine from a few weeks ago -- they've filled in quite a bit since then. I bought a SP at W/M and one from the health food store. The W/M one went nuts; the "better" one didn't produce a single slip worth keeping! I was really surprised.

gardenglory, I did start mine late, but I did because I read if you have plenty of season, you have plenty of time to grow these. They love heat.
