I haunt the citydata/tennesse forum and found a super neat discussion by a young couple building their own independent mountain top earth home with solar power.

It is pretty long but you could just skip to when they have a photo with accompanying post .


It is soo cool I just GOTTA SHARE ! ! ! !
It contains really good photos of their progress and the descriptions at times make you laugh ;))
Their closest neighbors are too curious of goings on lol lol
