This Friday, the moon is new at 6:12 a.m. eastern time, and there will be a solar eclipse at 6:22 a.m. eastern. It is also the ancient feast of Lughnassadh (that's pronounced LOO-na-sa) or Lammas (an abbreviation of "loaf mass") in the Christian tradition. It's a celebration of the beginning of the harvest! Make corn dollies out of husks, or bake some bread!
