Wine Glasses

We have a new set of wine glasses, "Made in Poland". Everytime we use them the wine spots inside the glass like water. We washed the glasses in the dishwasher, and they spotted. Washed them by hand, they spotted. No matter what we do, we can't get the glasses to stop spotting. We have wine fairly regularly and have never had this problem with anyother wine glasses. It is almost like there is a coating on the inside of the glasses, but we can't detect anything. Before I throw these glasses out or give them away, does anyone have a solution. I've just never seen wine spot glasses before.
