I don't know why, but my delphs aren't growing this year. They are in a protective, south-facing area in front of my barn. I purchased them locally last Spring, and they had nice spikes for the first year. But look at them this year - not doing anything. Any suggestions? (the three horizontal tags)
Maybe they are acting biennial and those are reseeded?
