This picture is from my sister's computer-I am in WA and she is in FL- she needs help to get rid of this thing she says is "Antivirus 2009". I googled it and it is too complicated for me! She says it prevents her from getting to any websites. She has run AVG several times and it doesn't find anything. Any help? Thanks
