Tropical Plant ID Needed, last one I promise (for now . . .)

I was not sure whether this was a Brugmansia or not. It was not in flower, and I have onlye seen these as trees. It was all over in the Tropical Jungle Garden at the L.A. County Arboretum.

Thanks for the confirmation. I'm sure in Florida these are like Oleanders in California, or Rhododendrons in Seattle! My fascination with Tropicals is largely because I grew up in the Pacific Northwest and they seem so exotic to me. I have a lot to learn.

I love the leaves on this plant - so luxuriant and fresh looking. The flowers are spectacular as well, but what a cool plant!
