My raspberries have given my the first delicious flush of berries but are blooming again and forming tiny berries for the fall crop which is usually larger. Should I fertilize them now?
Is the general rule, fertilize once in the spring and once again now?

I would fertilize now, in fact it should have been done after the first crop, then again in early spring
